The LEEN 72 combines brilliant and intelligent, a unique line and a strong character. The bridge offers protection and safety in all aspects. as well as an enormously comfortable and bright living space. LEEN 72 layout: The layout designed by Pierre Frutschi comprises 4 double cabins with shower rooms. The saloon and galley are located on the main deck on the same level as the cockpit. The fully glazed saloon wheelhouse is located at the front of the boat and is accessible just a few steps from the saloon. It is a unique and very cozy living space. The 290° panorama is magical. The layout of the wheelhouse makes it possible to combine a huge U-shaped sofa, a large TV screen, a desk and a space for navigation. The very comfortable navigation station offers space for two people. A gangway door provides direct access to the deck to facilitate docking, undocking and mooring. Finally, an internal staircase leads directly to the flybridge. Access to the flybridge is via the cockpit or from inside via the deck lounge. Protected by the high bulwark that surrounds the deck, external circulation takes place on each side along covered external walkways, a characteristic feature of true seagoing vessels. The owner’s cabin with its own bathroom and office occupies the forward part of the trimaran’s central hull. A guest cabin with its own bathroom is located at the rear of the central hull. Two further double cabins with en-suite bathrooms are located in the hulls. The LEEN 72 can be equipped with additional single cabins and separate shower rooms. In the 6-cabin arrangement, the LEEN 72 offers space for up to 10 passengers. The quality furniture is made of light-colored wood and is manufactured by high-quality carpenters. The layout and equipment of the outside areas (cockpit and flybridge) is left to the buyer’s wishes.
