REICHEL – PUGH
The Advanced A80 is a true blue water yacht classic. For the design, Advanced once again relied on the successful team behind the A66: the American shipbuilders John Reichel and Jim Pugh (Reichel/Pugh) and the Italian yacht designers Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino (Nauta Yachts). The innovative hull shape of the A80 benefits from Reichel/Pugh’s experience in international racing. Their state-of-the-art design technologies have been developed over 30 years and helped to optimize the shape of the hull, the appendages and the rudder for maximum control and ease of handling in all weather conditions. The wide stern creates generous space for comfortable, elegant interiors and meets the highest demands. On the spacious aft deck, owners and guests will find a variety of areas: a dining cockpit with sofas and tables, a relaxation zone near the helm area and a sunbathing area aft. The entire deck is designed without steps or obstructions, allowing freedom of movement from bow to stern. At the same time, the spacious interior remains untouched.
Nauta Design - MASSIMO GINO AND MARIO PEDOL
The slim cabin of the A80 is a trademark of Nauta Design, while the wide hull offers generous interior space. Designers Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino created three layouts for discerning owners. Hull No. 1 has a suite with a central king-size bed and two sofa beds that can be divided into two cabins. Two guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms are located amidships, while the light-flooded saloon offers dining and living areas. The galley and crew quarters are located in the bow or stern, depending on the layout. State-of-the-art materials and construction methods such as sandwich panels made of fiberglass and carbon guarantee a light, stable and durable yacht.
